Pink Mermaid Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Pink Mermaid, we care deeply about your shopping experience. While we strive to ensure every dress brings joy to your little one, we understand there may be times when a return or exchange is necessary. Please take a moment to review our policies below.


Return Policy

✅ Eligible Return Cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product received

  • If you're unsatisfied with the product

⏳ Timeline:

  • All product-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If you're not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Failure to report issues within the given timeframe may result in rejection of the request.

📦 Return Process:

  1. Initiate a return request via email.

  2. Our team will review your request and arrange a return pickup.

  3. The buyer will have to ship the item back to our warehouse.

  4. Once we receive the return, a quality check will be done.

  5. Upon approval, a store credit equivalent to the product value (after applicable deductions) will be issued.

⚠️ Returns with damaged or used products, or missing tags, will be rejected.

📹 Missing Items:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim for missing items.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please:

  1. Initiate a return as per above.

  2. Use the issued store credit to place a new order.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns will be compensated with a Pink Mermaid Store Credit.

  • Issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.

  • Sent to your registered email.

  • Valid for 1 year from issue date.

  • One-time use only – the full amount must be used in one purchase.

  • Return pickup fees, shipping, and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Expired store credits will not be renewed.

📷 Submitting clear product images with intact tags is mandatory. Photos of irrelevant items will not be accepted.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as returns and processed accordingly.


Important Notes

  • Pickup address cannot be changed once the return request is initiated.
