We strive to provide accurate and updated information on our website. However, errors related to pricing, availability, or product descriptions may occasionally occur. Pink Mermaid reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pink Mermaid reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods as available at checkout. Orders are processed only upon successful payment.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation upon order placement. This does not signify our acceptance of your order, which is subject to verification.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options
We offer standard and express delivery across India. Shipping charges and estimated timelines are displayed during checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, Pink Mermaid is not responsible for courier delays or disruptions caused by external factors.

Tracking
A shipment tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Timelines

  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • Returns must be initiated via email to pinkmermaidkol@gmail.com.

  • The buyer will have to ship the item back to our warehouse.

  • For non-serviceable PIN codes, self-shipping is required.

  • Once received and passed quality check, store credit will be issued within 48 hours.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags.

  • Damaged, used, or tag-less items will be rejected

  • A valid unboxing video is required to claim missing items.

5. Refund & Store Credit

Refunds
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Store Credit Details

  • Issued within 48 hours of return approval.

  • Sent via registered email.

  • Valid for 1 year from date of issue.

  • Must be used in one transaction.

  • Non-refundable fees include return pickup, COD, and shipping charges.

  • Expired store credit will not be reissued.

📷 Clear product images with tags are required. Unrelated or unclear images will not be considered valid proof for return claims.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange a product:

  1. Return the item as per the return policy.

  2. Use the issued store credit to place a new order.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing customer service.

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch will be handled as returns.

  • Full refunds for cancelled orders (within the 24-hour window) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Product Details

Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and measurements. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is entirely error-free.

Color Display
Product colors may vary due to monitor settings or lighting differences. We do our best to represent them accurately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.pinkmermaid.in — including images, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Pink Mermaid. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

"Pink Mermaid" is a registered trademark and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to use our site and services at your own risk. Pink Mermaid is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our platform, including but not limited to delays, inaccuracies, or the unavailability of services.

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the venue will be Kolkata, India. Your obligations to make payments shall not be suspended during any arbitration proceedings.

By using our services, you agree to receive marketing messages via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. If you prefer not to receive such messages, you may:
